The Minister is the resident theologian, the resident biblical scholar, a generalist who is prepared to give leadership that is informed and balanced in many different areas. The minister is the leader who sets the tone and leads the way. It is an almost impossible task. A minister has to study and work at the task every day. Books are of major significance to the minister.
